My secret weapon for better LinkedIn content (revealed)
The tool that knows me better than I know myself and why that matters for your content in 2025

Ever feel like you're creating content just for it to go into the void? šµāš« Like you're showing up consistently but something's just... off but you donāt really know what it is?
Iāve been there. In fact, I go through ebbs and flows of it constantly as a creator, but I found a tool I got to beta test thatās going to blow your mind if youāre creating content on LinkedIn. And since Iāve been using it, I never run out of content ideas that are actually amazing/relevant to me (and ChatGPT could never tbh).
Today I'm pulling back the curtain on the exact tool and process that made it happen, but firstā¦
š The Group Chat
Content my creator friends and I are circling in the group chat this week:
šŖ How my fav cookie brandās huge intern mistake turned into insane results.
š„¤ This creator shooting her shot with OLIPOP.

Earlier this week I shared about beta testing a tool for creators on LinkedIn that helped me drive my engagement up 87% in one week⦠and well, it's time to pull back the curtain.
That tool is Stanley. And after a few weeks of experimenting with it, Iām ready to share exactly HOW this tool has transformed my content creation process and productivity.
A quick thing to clarify - this is not some generic GPT.
Here are my FAVORITE things about it that no other content tool has been able to do until nowā¦
1. It know everything youāve ever shared. Literally everything.
First thing I really love is that the tool connects with your LinkedIn account and is able to analyze every single post youāve published. Like since the beginning of your content journey on the platform.

This means every content suggestion is tailored to ME, not some generic "LinkedIn creator" template.
2. It actually noticed I have three distinct content personalities.
This is a very big W for all my fellow multi-hyphenates who wear multiple hats š
Founder Adriene - real talk about building Arena, relocating, starting over.
Industry Insider Adriene - POV on trends, news, predictions, behind-the-scenes insights.
Career Coach Adriene - sharing specific strategies for breaking into sports & entertainment.
And it helps me balance all three instead of accidentally ignoring one for weeks (which I absolutely used to do).
3. It gives me the constructive criticism I actually want.
It straight up told me when I asked for it to rate a post I drafted:

Tough love. š Of course blunt feedback hurts, especially when youāve spent hours working on post. But also... itās exactly what I needed to hear to not miss blindspots and maximize my impact with my content.
4. It sends you content ideas weekly that give āFYPā energy
Stanley doesn't suggest generic "5 Tips for LinkedIn Success." š®
It suggests:
"Share that story about your NBA newbie notebook - tie it to imposter syndrome."
"Your Arena community just hit 6,000 members. Time for a post on how you partnered with X & Y brands to scale reach and impact."
"You haven't talked about being first-gen in a while. Your audience needs that perspective."
^^ These are all real things I can post about that I didnāt even have to tell it Iāve done. Itās literally coming up with these suggestions on its own based on my past content.
5. It even gives you specific visual inspo!!
Sometimes, the LAST thing Iām thinking about is what the heck the visual is going to be after working hours on copywriting. And surprisingly, this has helped me become more creative with my visual content.
tl;dr:
If you're juggling multiple roles, building while working, or trying to turn content into real opportunities, you need tools that:
Remembers your story and helps you tell it better
Gives you honest feedback (even when it stings)
Helps you show up consistently without burning out

This tool has single-handedly changed the way I strategize my LinkedIn content forever.

If you get overstimulated by music while youāre working (like I do occasionally), but still need something to listen to, try this playlist out. Itās been my go-to the past few weeks:
That's all for this weekās edition of āCreator Andā!
If you're ready to stop guessing and start creating content that actually connects, I hope this helps you take that next step. :)
